Cervical & Lumber Traction

This technique uses manual manipulation, weights, or motorized units to stretch the cervical spine—typically positioned at 20 to 30 degrees of neck flexion. It reduces pressure on herniated discs, expands nerve root openings, and alleviates conditions like cervical spondylosis, pinched nerves, and radiculopathy. Sessions usually last 15 to 20 minutes using forces scaled to about one-seventh of the person's body weight.
