Return & Refund Policy

At Vevo Healthtech, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order ID) is required


Non-Returnable Cases

We do not accept returns if:

  • The product has been used or damaged by the customer

  • The return request is made after 7 days of delivery

  • The product is missing original packaging or accessories


Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:

  • You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos/videos as proof

We will provide a free replacement or full refund.


Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified about approval or rejection

  • If approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days


Refund Method

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to original payment method

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

  2. Share your Order ID and issue details

  3. Our team will guide you with return instructions


Return Shipping

  • Return shipping charges may apply

  • If the product is defective or incorrect, we will cover the shipping cost


Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
